Building Inspections, Causation Reports and Scopes of Work
Our qualified building inspector is not affiliated with any building company and as such, we are able to provide a truly impartial and independent service to insurers covering the following:
- Causation reports for determining policy response
- Scopes of work and quantities for loss valuation and estimates/li>
- Building forensic investigations including references to the BCA
- Opinions of value and quote validation
- Roof inspections (including use of drone)
Drone Inspections
For losses where roof inspections or flood mapping are required, we utilise a drone to provide real-time aerial footage and hi-definition images. This speeds up the claim process and avoids costly flood reports or roof inspections. We are also able to map rural properties and inspect fence and other remote damage.
The real-time nature of the imagery and video also allows the policyholder to sight issues directly and avoids any confusion or misconception if maintenance issues are discovered.
